0.6 released

phpaga 0.6 has been released.

Besides some code (and template) cleanup, the following features were implemented:

The user interface has been updated in many places; various pages have been enhanced with the help of jQuery UI.
PDF generation has been completely rewritten and is now based on the TCPDF class.
Billing plugins are now classes. Please refer to the Upgrade documentation (also contained in the packages) for information on how to migrate your existing billing plugin(s).
